Purchased a Leather sofa (£2000) from Chester branch Jul 07. Product delivered had a hole in one of the chairs and a very poor piece of leather in another. These issues were identified by me when delivered however the delivery men would not take the product back and I had to deal direct with SCS customer services. An independant upholsterer has verified the whole and poor leather to SCS head office however 8 weeks later I am still waiting for my suite to be picked up and then another one ordered which will probably take another 8 weeks.

DO NOT BUY PRODUCT FROM SCS - none existent customer services if things go wrong.
