Bought a corner suite and single chair in August 07 from the Chester branch, delivered after 6 weeks as arranged. When the suite was set up the cushions did not fit (75mm gap)and the piping around the top was not straight. Arranged for 2 new cushions to be delivered in October the after care team came out with 1 new cushion not 2 that looked like it had been filled with a bag of ferrets. Arranged for delivery of 2 new cushions on the 4th of March, they rang me on the 3rd of March 08 to tell me they had lost the Cushions. Please do not deal with this bunch of incompetent dickheads. Still waiting for a reply to my e-mail to the liason officer, this was sent on the 04.03.08, still waiting for a call from the manager from customer services, I have had make all the phone calls and chasing to make some progress. After sales is a waste of time. 5 Months and still waiting.
