I am going to talk about my experience with CSL at the New Mersey Retail Park in Liverpool. This is the first sofa I've ever bought, so it was a big decision about where to go and what to buy! I also did have a fairly tight budget and I certainly couldn't afford to pay up front.

I looked around a few places but thought CSL had a good range, fabric and leaher and different budgets and a nicely laid out store. They also had a sale on. Staff did ask me if I need any help but they weren't too pushy, which would have really put me off. I found a sofa I liked, a nice squishy grey one, which I loved and I checked out how comfy it was!

It was then that another staff member approached and asked how I was, but then left me alone as I said I was thinking and deciding!

I decided to but and went through the various options, going for paying monthly and paying a deposit up front. There's no interest which is good. You do need a credit check for this option and they will take your details don electronically. They gave me advice about looking after it and a care kit, they did push their insurance scheme a bit though.

I then placed my order and was told it could be ten weeks. I received updates whilst waiting, which incuded texts and then a call to say they could deliver - they delivered on a Saturday, rang me when they were half an hour away and dellvered six weeks after the order, it would have been sooner but I couldn't take delivery.

The sofa is comfy and looks good, haven't had any problems at all (it has only been a couple of months though) and have been pretty impressed so far.

Summary: CSL - good so far!
