We purchased a leather couch from Ikea about, what, 3 - 3 1/2 years ago. At the time it cost around £699 I believe and the last time I looked in the catalogue I was amazed to see that the price hadn't gone up since that time.

After placing our order we did have to wait quite a few weeks for delivery unfortunately. Something about having the couch made in Italy? This was a bit of a bind, but according to another Dooyoo reviewer, this is standard when buying leather furniture ... especially black ... which our couch was!(Black takes longer or is more expensive or something).

Anyway, when it finally did arrive it was delivered by to friendly chaps (usually delivery men are the miserabist bleeps going) who had a coffe with us before leaving.

We have been really pleases with the couch. It looks as good today as the day it was delivered. It is comfy, very stylish and must be extremely well made. (we have a hyperactive teen and an energetic 5 year old) who 'hammer' it on a daily basis.

Hat's off to Ikea. It was the first piece of furniture we bought off them and we were and are very pleased with it.
