SCSsofas .this company has the worst customer service team that I have ever come across.We have a faulty suite and am awaiting replacement inners for the leather cushions.It has virtually been 3 months now and nowhere in sight of these replacements....ringing the customer service people is hopeless...they could n't care less.I've even rung their customer service manager who was very rude to me....anyone wanting suites ...stay away from SCS sofas...Terry Parker

SCS Northampton Branch Utterly useless - took 6 months to deliver my suite and spent the entire time lying about where my suite was - in the air, on a cargo ship, even in Coventry! Bought a 3seater settee & 2 Chairs in Dec 03'The top covering on the backs of the chairs & settee seemed to be sticky to the touch rang up MFI who gave us a number to contact Sofa Workshop they in turn sent round an upholsterer who said it was due to bodily fluids ! DO NOT BUY A SOFA FROM SOFA WORKSHOP - their service stinks. I don't know how good their sofas are I never got to see mine, Ordered begining of may, after waiting three months and numerous calls, given a manufacture date mid August and paid. Checked delivery end of August to be told my sofa has never been made, never will be made and my money will be refunded! - be warned, shop elsewhere
