Advantages: Initially they were OK

Disadvantages: They don't give a fig about you after you've paid them in full.

So very helpful and quick - until you've paid!! Then watch out for the delays to replace faulty items, the non-appearance of the fitter to do so and the untruths when you phone them. They will make appointments for weeks hence, which delays finishing your kitchen. They play on this leaving you the choice of a messy unfinished kitchen or waiting on the half chance that this time maybe they will turn up. They don't and the cycle starts again. Avoid them.

Summary: We regret ever going to them.
