Advantages: A quick fix isn't always the answer
Disadvantages: This is one of many examples of no customer care
I used this company to install new doors at the end of 2007. Although I was initially pleased with the product, by the end of 2010 the coverings of 2 doors (over the fitted oven and the hob extractor) had loosened, leaving a very uneven appearance. It would appear that the product is not fit for purpose if installed near a heat source. I telephoned to discuss this but was not allowed to speak to either Mr Davies or Mr Pullinger. I was told to write and the matter would be addressed. I wrote to both in December 2010 and have not received any reply. I can confirm that customer service is non existent and would recommend that major stores are used instead, as even Homebase have advertised their cupboards as being guaranteed for 10 years. A vast improvement on 3! Mr Pullinger and Mr Davies don't seem to realise that our kitchens are their showrooms.
Summary: If used near any heat source this product does not last and no customer service was given
