This garden centre is quite a medium size one. It has a variety of plants ranging from indoor house plants to trees and shrubs.

House plants sold include Christmas Cactii, Cinneraria,Geraniums and others.
Outside shrubs sold include rose bushes of the floribunda type and hybrid T type, semi-hardy fushias, euonymous. spirea and others.

Strikes centre also sells many type of bulbs, including Daffodils, Tulips, etc.

Prices for annuals (summer flowering plants )are fairly competitive with one other garden centre not far away. The prices range from approx £1.99 to £3.50.

Also sold in the centre is garden furniture. The furniture includes chairs, tables parasols etc.
This takes the form of wooden, upvc, and wrought iron. Other types of furniture sold includes barbecues and associated goods.

Many other garden products sold include all types of plant foods, weed killers and grass seeds and tools for the garden. There is also a section that holds plant tubs, fencing and gravel. The plant tubs are both wooden and ceramic and stone.

One of the best times to visit this garden centre is at Christmas time. A lot of space is taken up at this time by both artificial and real trees. There are also a lot of Christmas decorations adorning the centre at this time of year. The prices of these can range from 50p for a Xmas bauble to £20 or so for the trees.

I enjoy going to Strikes at this of year, but also visit the centre at all times of the year as the staff are both helpful and friendly.
