We bought a canvas print picture, great we thought. Basicaly it was raining (as it does in england) when we bought it, we paid and then we left and went to the car afew yards away, went home held the picture up at the wall to see where to place it and OMG the rain has recked the picture. Ok we though we will just take it back to the store no problem. PROBLEM apparantly we should of asked for a protective wrapping as we should have known it would run inthe rain?????????????????? this is a print of which i have others and i have thrown water on them just now and guess what nothing happened to them. I said the the store that if they knew it would run then we should have been told and the cashier should have wrapped it for us. Basicaly after words back and forth getting nowhere he offered us another picture at half price, WHAT IS HE FOR REAL, why would i want to give the store more money for another one. So took the picture back.

Once i calmed down the next day (today) i decided to ring the customer service line and explained everything to her, she said it's up to the store and not them, WHAT ARE THEY FOR THEN?????. Then would you belive what she said to me cause i still cant, THE ITEM IS NOT INTENDED FOR OUTDOOR USE does she think that i am stupid, what a joke, i am not about to hang the thing outside my house for everyone passing to enjoy, my god. Anyway so i am now annoyed to the max again, told her i will write to the MD but she told me that the email or letter would just get forwarded to them, wonderful.

So i guess i will just keep trying, the item was not was not expensive but that is not the point, i think the company is a circus and all the employees are the clowns, but unfortuanely they win, we will most deffinately not be using the store ever ever ever again and i would rather spend my money elsewhere and even pay more. I will also be telling everyone i know and even dont know to not use them either.
