I will write another full review at the end of this charade, but has anyone else had issues with the Kentucky table and chairs? We originally ordered it 6 weeks ago and are currently waiting to find out when table number 5 will be delivered because the previous 4 have all been damaged in various ways!!!!!! TNT have kept refusing to collect the damaged tables too so we end up with 2or 3 tables and have to waste more time waiting in for collection separately from the deliveries! Also has anyone received any compensation from this company? We have been told we have to wait until this has all been resolved before we can 'request compensation' we are absolutely disgusted that so many products can be damaged in a row to ONE customer, surely this rings alarm bells for them in quality assurance or transit. Whatever the issue is we should be compensated for being messed about so much and all the days off waiting for deliveries/collections - I can't wait to see if table number 5 is damaged... whenever we eventually receive it!
