Axa Sun Life: ... disagree with what people are saying about axa not paying out! I had a 15 year with profits plan which I took out 10 years ago. I was currently paying £20 a month having started with £8 a month, (getting half my first year premiums back -very nice) Last month I just couldnt afford it any more and cashed it in and got £2155 back about 3 weeks after sendiing the forms in. I was also worried about stockmarket crashes...

	AA Insurance Services ... was a member of AAA in the USA, so living back in England, I became a member of the sister company AA. It was money well spent. As a female driver who knows NOTHING (nor cares to, really) this is a MUST! In my first year of membership, I had to call them out twice - not a problem. The second time was sheer stupidity on my part, but the guy still treated me courteously and tried hard not to make me feel like a fool. It is as much a necessity on long road trips, as is a mobile phone. All you have to do is call and they are out within about 45 minutes. They ll fix your car at the roadside if they can, if not they ll tow it for you and give you a ride wherever you were goin... 	Norwich Union Direct ... are totally devastated by the Norwich Union s decision not to compensate us for the escape of water in our kitchen floor. The company claims that the water is "historic" but have no evidence whatsover to back up their statement. The renewal notice which should have been received in October 2008 did not arrive, and eventually we managed to get through to the company and renewed on the phone. We paid the £120 renewal premium as required in the assumption that we were covered for all eventualities.
