... had british gas homecare flexi 400 which covered me for electrics plumbing boiler care i found the service was great, i had cover with them for 5 days before i needed to call them out for a repair. we bought a new property and did not know how to set it up. the engineer came with 24 hrs of calling, drained the system and got it running. we needed a part which the engineer did not know how long the part would take to arrive. but we had heating which was main thing. the parts came in a week later and fixed by the same engineer. of all the peoplei know no one has had any problems with the BG service the boiler was a potterton boiler that was seven years old. i wo...

What we normally do is have a quick look through other insurers then decide it s too much hassle to change, the prices with other insurers are about the same, and stay with Norwich Union Direct.
