We have been with the AA for about 3 years now I think it is.

We originally went with them because they were substantially cheaper than our existing policy. Well about 2 years ago we were broken into and they were incredibly helpful. They sent the forms out very fast and replacement products were soon issued to us through a seperate company.

One mega plus was when we moved to where we live we were told that as our policy had already started there would be no extra charge for a move in area, as ours would ahve gone up this was a plus for us, although I can imagine this could be a negative point for others. It basically next was reassesed at our next renewal date.
