Extremely bad service (British Gas HomeCare)

Advantages: Will fix fault well Disadvantages: Won't always turn up? Desk give you wrong information from engeiner? Don't do as promised.
On some occasions will not turn up for appointment or turn up at the wrong time. Service desk said that engineer will call 15mins before arriving; which on many occasions have not happened. Summary: Good fixes; but will they turn up or be available when you need them. Engineers 9/10 Customer Servie |
