Advantages: Will fix fault well

Disadvantages: Won't always turn up? Desk give you wrong information from engeiner? Don't do as promised.

On some occasions will not turn up for appointment or turn up at the wrong time. Service desk said that engineer will call 15mins before arriving; which on many occasions have not happened.

Waiting 2 months for a part; which was incorrectly ordered. Was also told that I would be kept informed regularly (every 3days) about what was happening with part, but was NOT!! When I asked to register this as a complaint found later that this was not done.

Will only visit on Saturday if you have a danger. But his you have not heating they will be there only in the week.

When you get them they service and fix the job very well. ITs only the service system that is completely at fault. The engineers are great. The must be greatly understaffed as it can take days to book an appointment.
