Disadvantages: Engineers cannot solve the simpliest problems, always late, Call Centre does not care

I have homecare 400 which has turned out ot be a total waste of money !! Had a leak under our bath. !st engineer turn up and fixed the leak with a bin bag covered in sealent. 2nd engineer turned up 6 hours late after my mother had stayed in the house whilst I was working and tried to fix the leak using toilet paper covered in Sealent. 3rd engineer did not turn up at all !!. In the end I called an emergency plumber to solve the problem which was jusy a change of washer. This cost me £88. I sent a letter to BG and 15 days later am still waiting for a reply. Am now seriously thinking about cancelling this agreement. British Gas are a shambles !!

Summary: Think seriously before you take out this policy !!
