Awful - service so bad it's actively sociopathic (British Gas HomeCare)

Advantages: None Disadvantages: Everything. High blood pressure, a crippling sense of helplessness and rage, you name it. Appalling! Booked an appointment with them for 8am to 10am, thinking i could take only half a day off work. Finally turned up at 3:30 and couldn't even fix the problem, telling me I should call again and book an electrician instead thus wasting another entire holiday day. Not to mention the troubles getting through to anyone or getting a straight answer out of their call centre, hours on hold, finally got told that the engineer was about 10-15 minutes away. An hour later after no appearance I rang again to find out what was happening and was told that the lines were very busy but someone would give me a call back in the next NINETY minutes! DO NOT GET THIS. Summary: Die british gas, just die. |
