26 august dish washer broke engineer put new spray arms but still no joy. new motor needed, came back on the 22nd nov with new motor, strpped machine down to find the wrong motor. still waiting! 12 NOVEMBER, boiler making noise so called out b.g, an engineer called round assured me it would not break down but ordered new fan. 13 NOV,came back to fit part, oops wrong part, so put the old one back in, and surprise it broke down within the hour.15 NOV had a phone call sayin part was not in yet and i would recieve a letter of confirmation as to when it would be. 22 NOV engineer called round to say that the computer system has crashed and the new order was overlooked and that they original order had been sent back. (confused) .promised me he would sort it out for 16th. recived a phone call onn the afternoon of the 22nd to say that part was in and i would get a bookin by phone later. 23 NOV phone call at 8.30 and again at 9am appologising but parts still not in as yet. as of today i have heard nothing and without resorting to bad language its freezing and i have no hot water. i wonder why i am paying £135 a month to b.g which includes gas and electric,not for much longer though.sorry for spellings , irs cold i cant feel my fingers.
