I have had 4 engineer visits to solve a cold radiator 3 recommended a powerflush, 4 failed to solve the problem. One used a socket set to bleed the radiators and sheered one of the valves off entirely, one engineer told me I needed a British Gas powerflush because the one I had paid for the day before had not worked and he showed me a tray of dirty water. When I bled the radiators half a day later the water was clear. The next engineer failed to turn up. The complaints department failed to respond at all.

I now have one damaged radiator 3 with valves so tight I cant bleed them and one cold radiator which was the problem in the first place. Bravo British gas you have not only failed to solve the problem but you have left me with damage which is going to cost a at least a hundred to put right.

Summary: Just dont go there!
