Not only failed to put it right but left me with about £100 of damage (British Gas HomeCare)
Advantages: None Disadvantages: More than I can say
I have had 4 engineer visits to solve a cold radiator 3 recommended a powerflush, 4 failed to solve the problem. One used a socket set to bleed the radiators and sheered one of the valves off entirely, one engineer told me I needed a British Gas powerflush because the one I had paid for the day before had not worked and he showed me a tray of dirty water. When I bled the radiators half a day later the water was clear. The next engineer failed to turn up. The complaints department failed to respond at all. Summary: Just dont go there! |
