Newest Review: ... investigator" 4 weeks ago! their job apparently is to look for some kind of get out or fraud of which i KNOW there is none ! Having said this and knowing there is no fraud or anything else dubious about my claim it does not make me feel better because it just gives CHURCHILL more time to delay paying ! its nearly TEN weeks since my breakin and im no nearer sorting this situation out ! i imagine i will eventually have to go to the ombudsman to get any joy BUT to do that i have to complain to CHURCHILL and they have 8 weeks to reply before the ombudsman will get involved.. After a breakin at the end of May 2011 im still waiting to hear even if my claim has been accepted ! i saw a loss adjuster on 7th june, I had recipts/remote controles/instruction books/photos and they are still looking to avoid paying me if they possibly can ! My claim was passed onto a "claims investigator" 4 weeks ago! their job apparently is to look for some kind of get out or fraud of which i KNOW there is none !
