Direct Line

Direct Line have been our insurers for our house contents for over 3 years now, and we have found the extremely helpful from the moment we rang for a quote, right upto our recent house move. The only really true way to test an insurer is to have to make a claim, and we have only had the mis-fortune to have to do this once in the time we have been with them. Admittedly this was only for frozen foods, when our freezer died one weekend away, always the worst time eh?, and we rang their claims line and a form arrived very promptly, and within a matter of a few weeks a check arrived on our doormat.
