Newest Review: ... broke the screen on my laptop and called Fortis to claim on my Household policy at approx. 14.30 on a Friday. After giving all the details they said they would be in touch. What was my astonishment when I received a cheque for £355.38 in the first post Saturday morning!! I used Fortis because they were a cheaper option than many other insurance companies. RIAS company directed me towards them. I cannot praise that service highly enough. I have never been dealt with more courteously and efficiently. They deserve all the business they can get. ... more
