Norwich Union - Quote me happy! Yeah Right! Have been a holder of Norwith Union Home Insurance for some time, it is an all singing and dancing policy, the best you can buy, old for new policy with accidental damage. Home undergoing renovation, new kitchen, new boiler, new flooring. Lifted leather sofa outside whilst floor being laid and then again whilst cleaning dust from kitchen work. Noticed a small tear on sofa, 11 Weeks on Norwich Union are treating us with such disrepect it is unbelievable. There latest statement to us is that we have bought a 'low quality leather sofa, hence the reason why it tore so easy, They are the most difficult, rude, uncaring, disrepectful company I have ever had to deal with. BELIEVE ME INSURE WITH SOME OTHER COMPANY NOT ONLY WILL YOU SAVE MONEY, I AM CONFIDENT NO OTHER INSURANCE PROVIDER WILL TREAT ITS CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS!
