The only good insurance with norwich union is their travel insurance,as my wife has severe asthma the qoutes we get are stupidly high,but n.u gave us cover world wide for £95incusive of lost luggage.We had to use this cover when my wife sprained her ankle whilst in hawaii in may,$410 was the cost of treatment.When we got back it took one phone call to get our money minus the £50 premium.all in all a very good insurance cover and good service,the money was in our account within five days.I personaly cannot fault them at all for attitude and service.

Recently our buildings and contents insurance came up for renewal, we've insured the house with Norwich Union for 5 years and received a renewal form the same as we usually do.
