I have just bought home insurance from RapidInsure. I found the buying process quite painless and my documents were delivered almost immediately as promised. The site makes promises which it keeps but isn't that what we expect. The customer service however delivers more than expected. I found the staff to be both friendly and helpful and I felt I had recieved a genuine personal service.
