azana Worlds Apart Disney Princess Go Glow Light: ... a cunning gadget for your little ones this is; a torch and night light in one, which is rechargeable and easy for children to use. mumsymary Lantern Paper Lightshades in General
... these simple cheap paper light shades take me back a few years. The love nest (we shared the attic room) I shared with my boyfriend in a student house in the early seventies had the identical shade to the one in this picture. The reason why? Yes it was dirt cheap. The modern equivalent is only £2.99 for a 12, a larger 12 inch £3.49inch ball shade the larger 16 inch £3.99 available at http://www.discount-lighting-store.co.uk/ subprod/paper-lamp-shades-0001801.aspx... Similar ones from habitat cost about £4 or £5. Of course you can buy more elaborate paper shades some different shaped ones Argos has a set of three Sphere, cube and prism shaped. For £4.89. Paper...

You can purchase Spherical Paper Lightshades from many home shops and supermarkets, and they can be incredibly cheap. B&Q...

JJJJ Moon Jar - Solar Powered Jar
... certainly are some unusual novelty products around these days, many of which fit into the genre of ambient lighting. One such item, made by Suck UK is the Moon Jar (also known as the Sun Jar: Blue ), a traditional glass mason jar with some solar-powered wizardry inside. So what does it do?... well, as the text on the box explains, "Jam jars store jam, the Sun Jar collects and stores sunshine so that you can use it at night". In practice, this means that by placing the jar on a sunny window-ledge by day, it will gather the energy from the sun, and when the ambient light in the room drops to a certain level, the three LED lamps inside the jar will t...
