This lamp is lovely and I think I only paid about £3.50 for it so it was a total bargain. I actually bought 2 of the them and the make great bedside lamps. I think it definately looks more expensive than it actually is and does not look cheap at all. It is very thick glass and feels really solid and sturdy and I don't think it would break easily.

I have had mine for 4 years and they are still working perfectly and look good as new. I really like the design of this lamp it is simple and sleek and looks very modern and stylish. It is frosted glass so when you have the lamp on it gives a lovely soft effect which is perfect for a bedroom and the glow from it is very muted and relaxing and not at all harsh and glaring. It is bright enough though so that I can read in bed so is the perfect balance of light.

I also really like the fact that it has a switch on the cable to turn it on and off as this is very easy to press and much easier than having to turn it off at the plug socket all the time.

I cannot fault this lamp and it is without a doubt well worth the money so I would definately recommend it to all my friends.
