I have just bought this item for my daughter, she did have the Dora Explorer model, however now she is almost 6, she told me that Dora is for babies, so we gave her Dora one to a friend's little girl and my daughter has chosen the Disney princess design.

This item has been great for my daughter; she stands it on the base every night and turns on the soft glow before she gets into bed. When she is asleep I then go and switch it off.

My friend, (she has a 3 year old daughter) who I gave my daughters Dora design glow light to, cannot thank me enough, she said that when she put the night glow on, it was the first night in a very long time that she has slept through the night without the bedroom light being on.

I think that is also a great item, as older children may feel a little embarrassed about having a 'night light' in their room, therefore because this is called a glow light, and it is a two in one light and torch, its not so babyish as a traditional plug in night light.



The glow torch is a two in one torch which can be a soft glow night light when put on the base, a torch when lifted from the bas.

It is recommended for 3 years and over, however I think that as long as you are sensible with the product, such as keeping it out of reach when on charge and supervised when in use, it can be used with any age.

The glow torch is completely rechargeable, therefore no batteries for a change!
