Packaging
This padlock came in plastic with a cardboard backing and was very easy to rip open and remove the padlock and keys.
The lock
This is a decent sized lock 50mm wide and having a 25mm shackle. It is quite heavy for a padlock and so gives you confidence that whatever you have used it to lock will be secure. The shackle is long enough to easily go through the clasp on our shed door but this padlock is also available with a longer shackle.

We bought a new shed last year and due to an increasing number of Burglaries in the area we wanted to make sure we had a good lock on it. We started off with a traditional gold style padlock but although it was sold with the shed it wasn't waterproof, with all the wet weather it soon went rusty making it nearly impossible to open.
