I have had these cameras for over 6 months now and since using them have been truly disgusted with their video quality. They were placed about half way up my house in-between the second and first floor, pointing directly at my drive way and side passage. They are no more than 15 ft from my car number plate and in broad daylight i cant read my own number plate, its just a big blur.

I tried ringing customer support and they were absolutely no help what so ever, it was like a talking version of the setup manual, just reading everything straight out of the manual i was given which was also no help.

At night you get a grainy black and white picture which seems to pick up 2 frames per second even when it is set to motion only, and a car zooms past at high speed.

If you are wanting to get a car's number plate you will have great difficulty, and making out someone's face? forget it, it's impossible. These are truly useless cameras and serve no purpose other than being a deterrent from hoodlems and thugs trying to knick something from your front garden, and even then you wont be able to tell the police what they looked like.

They do not have a wide range, they do not zoom in and they do not have any other features. They claim to work down to 0 lux and this may be true, they work, but they are pointless, and don't actually capture any useful footage.

You do get an iPhone app which also works on the iPad but offers no real control over the cameras or the box other than to look at them. Setup is confusing and the manual i only of help if you know your way around your internet connection. Yes, you will need the wifi for the iPhone app to work.

The box itself is of good build quality but i have to say the heat coming off of it is intense, don't let a child near it because it will burn their fingers. Not in the way that an iron would but i put my fingers on it from time to time, and it causes physical pain.

This is an absolutely disgraceful piece of kit in every way, even the box they couldn't get right. Avoid this over priced box of junk, and keep your money for something cheaper, and better.
