My ten year old daughter is a lovely, caring, thoughtful child (even if I do say so myself) but as a downside to this, she has a rather nervous disposition. Whenever it comes around to class assembly, her ballet recitals or her cheerleading performances, anywhere she's on show basically, she falls to pieces. She has physically worked herself up to the point where she has made herself ill and been unable to attend. Yes I can tell the difference between actual illness and just plain faking it, and she just does not do this. I was discussing the matter with some friends around Christmastime, when one of them mentioned trying lavender or some other herbal remedy ... Read the complete review

==Price and Availability== When I was taking my GCSE's I was very nervous so my Mum bought me the Bach's Rescue Remedy Spray which I found really helped me. When I came to do my exams at university I went to Boots to try and buy some more of the spray, unfortunately they didn't have any in so I bought the Bach's Rescue Remedy Gummy Stars instead. I paid about £5 at the time but apart from Boots I haven't really seen the Gummy Stars in any other shops. I have found Rescue Remedy helpful in the past, although it is a very acquired taste. Bach flower remedies were the brainchild of Dr Edward Bach, a successful Harley Street doctor in the 1920's. He was dissatisfied with how doctors focused on the disease rather than the person suffering from ... Read the complete review

One of my grandchildren is a real worrier. It is as though she can't relax and she gets quite wound up at times especially if she is doing something out of her comfort zone. It has become such a problem that my daughter became very upset about it and took her to the doctor's to talk about it. After having tried distraction techniques, talking it out, changing schools and so forth my daughter was recommended by a friend to try a herbal remedy. I did a little research and read good things about these gummy stars so I bought a packet for about £6. These gummy stars come in a box of 36 with them all being in individual strips of 3. This makes it easier to just pop ... Read the complete review
