      Advantages

      Disadvantages

I like this pillow mist very much and will always purchase it

      WHAT IS IT?

This is spray for your pillow that you should spray on when you are having trouble sleeping. You can buy it in 2 fragrances that are geranium or lavender, I have bought the lavender one only because I think that one would be more helpful for helping me to go to sleep.

      HOW DO YOU USE IT?

You spray the pillow mist into the air that is above your bed so that when the mist falls it lands on your pillows and bedding. You can lightly spray it direct onto your pillow but I think it makes them feel a little bit too wet when you do it like that.

      WHAT I THINK

I am very happy with this pillow mist because it makes my bedroom smell very beautiful. It is a very relaxing smell and I think that it does make me sleep better but that is only when I have fallen to sleep it stops me from waking up through the night, I do not think that it would help me to fall to sleep if I was not ready or if my sleeping pattern was disturbed. I feel relaxed when I get into bed after I have sprayed this into the air and I miss it if I have run out.

The pillow or bedding does not get wet when I spray it the proper way into the air but if I get into bed straight away my pillow feels very cold, it warms up quick but that I think is the mist making a small layer on the material of the pillow slip. In the summer when it is hot I think it is very cooling to put my head onto the pillow as soon as I have sprayed it.

When I spray the mist into the air I make sure that I always cover the whole bed because I think that is the best way and I get the scent all around my bedroom them, when my husband sprays it he keeps the mist near to the pillows and I do not think he uses enough because the smell is not strong enough and it is not so effective like that also.

      ANYTHING ELSE

The pillow mist costs £4.50 and you can buy it only from Boots. The can lasts for a long time because you have to only use a very small amount every time you spray it so I think it is value and works better than cheap pillow mists from places like Avon.

        Advantages

        Disadvantages

Helps you to forget your worries at the end of the day

Sometimes I will nod off to sleep almost as I am turning the bedside lamp off especially if I have been reading but there are times when no matter how tired I am I just can't get to sleep which is most annoying. I have a million thoughts rushing through my head and however hard I try I just cannot empty my mind enough to relax in order to get to sleep.

I paid £4.92 for this Boots pillow mist when it was on offer as the original price is £6.15. Also I bought it at a time when Boots were offering three for two on vitamins, complimentary medicines and herbal products and as I needed some other of these items it was a good time to buy it. The metal can is 100ml and is silver and purple displaying the usual list of ingredients and instructions for use. It has a clear lid which pops off and a plastic nozzle for spraying the liquid.

It contains blends of essential oils which are meant to help you to relax down at the end of a busy day so that you are rested enough to drop off to sleep. It comes in fragrances of lavender or geranium and I chose the lavender as this is one of my favourite smells. It has a lovely delicate smell which you can clearly identify as lavender but it is not too strong or overpowering.

To use I just hold the can about ten inches over my pillow and then spray once which I find is enough to cover my pillow as it seems to fall over a wide area due to the very fine spray. I will also sometimes spray it just around the bedroom as the smell seems to spread around the room this way and just adds to the calming and relaxing feeling. The spray doesn't leave any wetness on any fabric and although it says that it can stain I have never experienced this, but I am sure if you have satin sheets this may be an issue, but as mine are mostly white cotton I have had no problems with this.

I know some people will say this sort of thing is mind over matter, but it really has worked for me. It may be because when I shut my eyes and take in the fragrance of lavender it makes me think of flowers in a sunny garden and so I stop thinking about work and family and money and everything else that can keep me awake. The smell is lovely to smell as I am drifting off to sleep and I can still smell the remnants of it in the morning. When I use the spray I would say that I probably go to sleep within a few minutes as I never seem to remember lying there for very long. I don't use it every night as I don't want to get used to it but I do keep it in my bedside drawer for when I need a bit of help to clear my mind and send me into a deep and dreamy sleep.

        Disadvantages

3/5 a pleasant mist but it doesn't live up to its claims,

        ==Price and Availability==

Quite often I seem to have trouble getting off to sleep, I don't have the problem all the time but if I'm feeling anxious it easily keeps me awake even if I'm tired. A couple of years ago now I bought some Pillow Mist from Boots, it's available in Lavender and Geranium fragrances but I opted for the lavender as this is a scent I often associate with relaxing and unwinding. When I bought it I think my 100ml bottle cost me about £5, I've had a look at Boots though and this has since gone up to £6.99 although it's currently on offer for about £4.50 and is also available in a 3 for 2 offer which gives you an even better saving. In my opinion £6.99 is too much for this spray and a similar product can be bought for cheaper elsewhere, the real draw for me is that you can use your Boots points and they do often have various offers on.

        ==Boots Re- Balance Pillow Mist==

The pillow mist comes in a 100ml metal bottle with a plastic spray top lid, the only colours on the packaging is the silver from the metal and purple one the branding which ties in with the lavender scent of the product. I have had this product in my bag a few times if I have taken it away with me and I've never had any problems with it leaking. This lavender pillow mist is a specially formulated blend of essential oils to help you relax before going to bed. To use the mist you simply spray it around your bedroom and into the air above your bed before you get into it. The bottle does say it can stain so I was a little worried about this but I've used the spray on lots of different bed covers and this has never been a problem for me. The mist is only very fine so you don't tend to get any real liquid coming from the bottle it is what it says- a mist.

        ==My Experience==

Whilst spraying the mist I was quite impressed with the scent, it's lovely and florally but very light at the same time and is definitely quite soothing. The smell does linger well, especially on the bed clothes so you can smell it whilst falling asleep and the scent is also still faintly there in the morning. As for whether or not the mist helped me sleep better, well I'm unsure really. It is relaxing and it is pleasant and I think this in itself did help me to drift off. I have to say though that if I was feeling anxious it didn't make me fall asleep much quicker, I still often found myself watching the clock into the early hours. If my mind was just a little preoccupied though I think this mist did help to clear my thoughts and allow me to relax into a peaceful sleep. I still use the spray on and off but mainly for the fragrance more than anything. I do still have quite a bit left in the bottle so it does last quite well, unfortunately if it worked better it would probably be all gone by now!

        ==Overall==

Although I wouldn't consider myself to have a serious problem with not being able to sleep it can be annoying at times as I often am left feeling tired during the days that follow. The mist is quite expensive although it does last well, but whilst the fragrance is lovely and it is relaxing I am not sure it really helps me sleep. The mist is definitely quite soothing and does clear my head enough to drift off asleep this doesn't happen all the time which is disappointing for me.

          Advantages

          Disadvantages

          Boots pillow mist

My bed is my sanctuary and I love getting into bed and falling into a lovely deep sleep but sometimes when I've had a busy day or quite a tiring day with the kids I often find it hard to slip off to sleep, even if I am very tired. I think I have lots of thoughts running through my head that I need to process before I can go to sleep and I can never just switch off and relax.

It's on days like this when I like to use some of this lovely sleep pillow mist to really create a calming sensation in my bedroom and hopefully some soothing scents that will help me to relax. According to Boots, "this Pharmaceuticals Dream Pillow Mist consists of a specially formulated blend of essential oils to help relax you before you sleep. It is infused with soothing essential oils, and creates a calming aroma and encourages relaxation at bedtime."

The spray is really easy to use. As it's a mist what I like to do is spray a little bit upwards into the air and then let it fall onto my pillow as a mist to give it just a touch of scent without overpowering the room with a essential oils scent. I also like to spray it around the room a little bit too just to get that added bit of fragrance.

The smell is really nice, it's quite difficult to explain, it has quite a floral scent but also has quite a strong aromatherapy smell to it. It's not overpowering though which is nice although I find you do need to spray quite sparingly to get a nice soft touch and effect from the smell.

So, does it actually work. Well, I think if you are put in that frame of mind to relax after you have sprayed a nice smell then it will work. I like to focus on the smell and getting restful and relaxed after I have sprayed it so in that situation it definitely does work for me.

On the bottle it does say that, "if you suffer from epilepsy, skin allergies, are pregnant or using homeopathic remedies seek professional advice before use."

The bottle comes in a 100ml size and costs in the £6 region which I think is quite a good price. I don't use it all the time but it has lasted me quite a long while which is good. All in all, a nice way to relax in the evenings before sleep.

            Advantages

            Disadvantages

            Helps create a relaxing environment

My bedroom is my oasis and I like it to be as calm and as relaxing as possible as it is the one place in my house that is exclusively mine and that I don't have to share with the kids. I don't have trouble sleeping per say but I do sometimes have trouble nodding off occasionally when my mind is working overtime and I can't relax.

I have tried a few different pillow mists before and the one from Boot's stacks up pretty well against them. It doesn't have any sort of chemicals in it to help you sleep but what it does is use essential oils to help you relax which should help you sleep better.

This smells absolutely gorgeous and I use it by spraying a few squirts around my room and on my pillow when I go to bed. I usually read for a little while in bed before trying to sleep and I really do find that this helps calm my senses and relax my brain. Breathing it in deep really seems to soothe and relax both my mind and my body.

When I am feeling really stressed and cannot relax I usually use a lavender spray combined with a soothing sounds CD and when I used this I found that the combination of the two of them allowed me to forget about my worries enough to actually drop off.

I tend to wake up a lot through the night but when using this I seem to be able to sleep longer and my sleep seems deeper as I actually wake up feeling more refreshed and less tired.

I am not sure how scientific this spray is but even if a lot of it is in my head it really does seem to help me relax and get a better nights sleep. I do use tablets to help me sleep occasionally but I prefer using something like this as it is more natural and although it won't actually do anything to make me sleep it really does work to relax me enough to be able to nod off on those occasions my brain is working overtime.

              Advantages

              Disadvantages

Try a cup of hot milk instead

There is nothing worse than being tired but not being able to wind down enough to be able to fall asleep. Times like this I usually take some herbal sleeping aides to try and help me to go to sleep. A lot of the time though my problems with sleep come from not being able to relax when I go to bed so I toss and turn for ages which makes me more annoyed and stops me being able to relax sufficiently to be able to drop off.

I have tried loads of things over the years to help me relax and drift off without having to take any pills.
I tried the boots sleep pillow mist after it was given to me by my sister who had bought it for herself but thought that I might get some use out of it.

The mist comes in a spray bottle and is part of the boots sleep range of products. The mist contains a blend of natural oils which are supposed to help relax the mind and body to help prepare it for sleep. You just need to spray the mist on your pillow and a little bit on your bedding and you inhale the vapours when you are in bed.

The mist comes out really fine and just floats to the pillow so you don't need to worry about it staining your sheets or pillows.
To be honest I wasn't overly keen on the smell of this but it was subtle enough that it didn't bother me too much and it didn't irritate my nose or anything. The main smell is lavender which I know is supposed to be relaxing but it was just a tad too floral smelling for my tastes.

I also didn't find that it relaxed me in the slightest. I tried using the mist a few times but each time it did nothing to relax my mind or body and I still had trouble trying to drift off. In fact if anything because I didn't really like the smell it probably made it more difficult for me to fall asleep.

I gave up on this after the first couple of times using it and it has now been in the back of a drawer for months. If you like the smell of lavender then maybe you will have better luck with this than I did but just don't buy it with great expectations of it knocking you out for the night as at best it will scent your pillows and perhaps help you relax a little.

                Advantages

                Disadvantages

A fab item to aid restful sleep, well worth trying.

This is a product I have been using for years since my mother first bought me a bottle when I was having problems with getting to sleep. They have changed the packaging a couple of times since then but this is the current format and it costs £6.15 for a 100ml bottle (though you can often find it cheaper as part of various deals that Boots have for their Sleep range).

The premise with this product is that you spray it over your pillow before going to bed and the aroma will help you to relax and drift off. They used to do a ginger and cottonwood extract one which literally worked amazingly well for me but unfortunately they stopped making that one for some reason, the two you can choose between now are Lavendar and Geranium. Personally I use the Lavendar one as the Geranium one is too light and floral for my tastes.

I find that literally two squirts of this product is enought to get the desired effect so a bottle lasts a good few months, I do believe, therefore, that it represents good value for money - especially as it does seem to work for me. I do not know how much of the effectiveness is psychosomatic now as I have become used to associating the smell of the product with going to sleep, but it is fair to say that on some level, for me, this works.

The smell is not too heavy and behind the lavendar you can trace other aromas of essential oils (I am sure there is sandalwood in there although it is not listed on the bottle). The bottle is a pump spray rather than an aerosol and I find the bottle easy enough on the eye that I do not mind it sitting on my bedside table, unlike the picture above it is actually in a silver and purple bottle these days.

This is not a medicine of sorts but an 'aid' to restful sleep and I believe it is worth a try if you are struggling, I have found it a useful product to use and will continue to do so.

                Advantages

                Disadvantages

Fantastic sleep pillow mist from Boots.

I suffer from time to time from sleeplessness. I use sleeping pills occasionally but I am always looking for something natural or non medicinal that will help me sleep without filling my body with chemicals and what not. I will have times where I sleep for 12 hours and times where I sleep for 3 hours so I like to keep products to hand for whenever I might need them. In the past I have used Champneys Pillow Mist and I have been very pleased with its lovely lavender & patchouli scent. My husband actually picked me this pillow mist up when the Champneys one I usually have was out of stock in my local Boots store. I believe that the price of this is around £6 for a 100ml bottle.

This mist comes in a glass bottle which has a long thin lid on it. There is a press down spray dispenser which releases the mist. The packaging looks quite stylish and I have no problem leaving this out on my bedside table as it looks good.

This pillow mist is very simple to use, as you would expect. I spray mine on to my pillow before I go to bed and I also spray a couple of sprays on the top of my duvet for when I pull it up around me. I have also sprayed this around my room in general sometimes and my husband has occasionally had it sprayed on his side of the bed. This should be left to dry for a couple of minutes as if you spray it directly on to the fabric and lie straight down or spray it while you are already lying in bed it can be a little bit heady and overpowering.

This mist sprays out quite a lot when I press down the trigger. There is a wonderful peppermint scent from this and there is something else from within that is nutmeg, however I wouldn't have been able to recognise that without reading the bottle! The peppermint is wonderfully relaxing though and an easy scent to detect.

If spraying on a linen or fabric for the first time it is probably best to do a patch test. I have sprayed this on fleece, cotton, silk and nylon so far and have not had any problems at all, however best to be overly cautious particularly if spraying a lot around your room.

This scent is long lasting. If I spray it on my bedding before I go to sleep it definitely lasts until I fall off to sleep every time. There is some light fragrance that lingers in the morning once I wake up but it is not overly strong or long lasting.

I do not fall off to sleep instantly when using this but then I am yet to find a legal spray that has done this for me. The price of this is reasonable and I definitely find myself relaxing when I climb in to bed and smell this wonderful scent. My husband picked something good up here and it is cheaper than the Champneys pillow mist that I have used in the past. The two scents are so different so it is nice to alternate between the two and I have still purchased my favourite pillow mist since getting this just to mix it up a bit.

                  Boots Sleep Pillow Mist

I was first given this Boots pillow sleep mist by a friend who knows that I often struggle to get a good night sleep. This is a lovely smelling fragrance that does work well to set the mood for a pleasant nights sleep.

This is available in two fragrances, a lovely lavender and a gorgeous geranium. I own this sleep mist in lavender, a scent that is well known for its association with aiding a good night sleep.

Boots say this is a "soothing blend of essential oils of lavender, basil and orange blossom to create a calming aroma to encourage the body to relax, for a peaceful night's sleep".

As a fragrance this is really very pleasant and it is nice to relax in bed smelling a lovely lavender aroma. However, I can't really comment on its benefit to aid falling asleep because the nights where I am restless spraying a bit of this doesn't seem to settle me. As people who often struggle to sleep will know it's best to try everything with an open mind, what works for one person might not work for another.

This typically retails for around £5.99 for a 100ml spray bottle. I have been using my bottle for about two months now and I still have quite a lot left. Personally, I find that with this a little does go a long way, it is quite a strong scent and you have to remember that your head will be pressed up next to it so use this sparingly. If nothing else I find this pleasant and I think that I will continue to use it and buy another one when it is finished.

I find that the smell also lingers for quite a while, it is never that strong but you can still smell this in the morning. I love the smell of lavender, but if you don't then this would be a product to stay away from, it makes one of my best friends sneeze.

Overall, a great product with a fantastic fragrance, however, I am not sure that it will help you to drift off into a good nights sleep but it can't hurt to try it. A great product that gets a well earned four out of five stars from me. I would happily recommend this product to anyone, I am also planning on buying a few of these as stocking filler gifts for Christmas, and it is a nice product.

                  My review

There is nothing worse than feeling tired and still not being able to sleep when going to bed, for me that situation is brought on by stress as we have been under pressure with money since my partner lost his job i have suffered. I don't like taking pills or any kinds of medication, my doctor recommended herbal products as i refused the sleeping pills so i looked into it. I found the boots sleep pillow mist and gave it a try.

Boots pillow mist costs £5.99 for 100 ml bottle. The pillow mist is in a spay pump bottle and when sprayed looks like mist amazing i think that's where the name come from.

The pillow mist has all natural herbal essential oils for a good nights sleep , it contains lavender, orange and basil along with others that i have not heard of before. Its simple to use you can spray the mist directly onto your skin but i don't do this as i have sensitive skin or can spary around the bedroom on your pillow and sheets. The scents are quite strong and last for a while by this time you should be relaxing getting ready to drift into a nice nights sleep well for some this will work but not for me. I also felt the mist spray made my sheets feel a little damp and i did not like that.

The scents smell lovely but a bit like an air freshener and lingers for hours, my partner thought it was great stuff he felt very relaxed and he went to sleep quickly but again he does most nights for me it was not so good. I did sleep eventually for a few hours but i do every night just not going to sleep when i should be. This was not a cure or a help for me.

My friend gave me a small bottle of lavender oil and a dropped some on my pillow and it seemed to help a lot more than the pillow mist. I did infact get around six hours sleep that's a good night sleep for me, it was also relaxing. I would recommend the oil over the mist.

I honestly don't recommend the boots pillow mist its not great, sheets felt damp as well.

                  Relax and zonk out.

Boots Sleep Pillow Mist is like a sleeping pill in liquid form, only much better for you as it is drug free. Boots say it is a specially formulated blend of essential oils to encourage natural sleep patterns, I don't know about the last bit but it certainly relaxes you and encourages you to drift off without actually being aware that you are.

I use for those nights when my brain just won't switch off and even though I'm completely knackered it still keeps thinking about all the things I've got to do tomorrow. I spray a bit around my pillow and breathe and off I go.

The other time I recommend using this in a big way is on aeroplanes. Spray a bit on the headrest and you won't even notice or care that you are taking off. And it is fantastic to spray onto children's headrests to just calm them down a bit. I used it when we took the kids to America and it was great. I'm sure all the people around me apprieciated calm children too! Although I do have to add that the product says for adults on the Boots website.

It comes in a 100ml metal bottle and there are two different scents. I have the Geranium, which has a hint of thyme in as well and is very floral. The scent is not overpowering but will linger on your pillow and also on your hair into the next day. The other scent is Lavender, which tends to remind me of old grannies, so I didn't go for that.

The top of the bottle is a plastic spray pump with a clear plastic lid. This is easy to remove but also secure enough not to fall off in your handbag. Using the pump is also easy. Two sprays are enough to coat your pillow and afterwards there is no sticky liquid residue over the pump. I've never had to clean it.

This retails for £5.99 and lasts for ages, so is definately value for money.

There are a few warnings you should bear in mind, this product is not for epieptics, people with skin conditions or pregnant people. It is also flamable.

If you are not any of the above and you occassionally have trouble sleeping, I can recommend this product.

A Good Relaxing Spray But Doesn't Really Aid Sleep

I've always had trouble falling asleep at night i seem to just lie there fidgeting for ages until i eventually fall asleep, usually several hours later. I have tried herbal sleeping tablets before but they didn't really work that well so i never really bothered trying anything else. About a week ago a friend mentioned that she had used this 'Sleep Pillow Mist' and she thought it really helped, so when i saw Boots had a 3 for 2 offer on all vitamins, complementary medicines and herbal products so i thought i'd try it out.

                  ~Useful Info~

                  Price: £5.99
                  Stockists: Boots/Boots.co.uk
Ingredients: Lavender, Basil and Orange Blossom.
What It's Suppose To Do: Creates a calming aroma to encourage your body to relax and aids sleep.

The pillow mist comes in a plastic bottle with a push down spray top. I sprayed about 3 or 4 sprays in the air above my pillow and bed, the smell is of lavender and it lingers a fairly long time but is not too overpowering which is good. The smell is definitley relaxing and soothing (reminded me a bit of bath products) but i think saying ikt helped me fall asleep would be going a bit too far.

I will probably continue using it until it runs out, but i wont be buying it again because it is a bit expensive and i probably wouldn't recommend it to others if they want something to help go to sleep, but if you want a relaxing nice smelling room spray it does the job.

                  nice smell...bit airy fairy

I have had trouble sleeping on and off for the last few years, due to odd shift patterns and stress related issues. I have tried various home remedies to try and aid my sleep, from extra pillows to hot milk and taking Valerean. I tried this a year or so ago, as suggested by my Granny, who is easily swayed by anything lavender!

You can buy the bottle from Boots for about five pounds and it is designed as a sleep aid. It will not knock you aid, but is meant to encourage a restful night's sleep. When I first used it, I was quite impressed that it came out as a fine mist. I actually have neat lavender by the bed, which can be tricky dabbing onto pillows! The misty spray allows you to target specific areas of the bed. I used a couple of dashes on the pillow and also put some on my chest, which I know you are not meant to do, but I believe in experimenting.

The smell is indeed very relaxing with a subtle herbal aroma and just the softest touch of lavender. Much lighter than my neat lavender from the Loire Valley which knocks you for six! The smell is relaxing and whimsical and is ideal to use when you settle into bed with a book.

Did it work though? Well I shall award marks for the lovely smell which did calm the nerves, but my sleep patterns stayed similar. I think a lot of this could be psychological and one might think that the product is helping sleep, but it is merely making you feel calmer. I guess it works in a sense, but it did not promote better sleep during the night for me. Would I rush to buy again, possibly not, but a lovely gift idea anyway.

A Sleep Mist That Worked For Me!

Since reading some reviews on this that basically stated what an awful product it was I decided not to bother trying it out - even though Ive been having a lot of trouble sleeping lately. However my mom knowing about my sleeping problem went and bought me a bottle of this a few weeks ago and so I thought Id give it a go because even if it was terrible I hadn't paid a penny for it and it could possibly disrupt my sleeping pattern anymore than it was already messed up so basically a win win situation. If it worked I would fall asleep quickly and easily and if it didn't I had not wasted any money.

                  Useful Information:
                  Price: £5.99 - 100ml bottle.
                  Stockists: Boots & boots.com
This actually comes in 2 different fragrances: Lavender ad Geranium. I personally own the Lavender scented spray so that is what I will review. This "sleep mist" is designed fr you guessed it too help you drift off into a peaceful sleep and also encourages your body to relax finding actually getting to sleep much easier and ensures you stay asleep for longer.

DO NOT USE THIS SPRAY IF: You have skin allergies, are pregnant suffer from epilepsy or homeopathic remedies. Keep away from your eyes and avoid direct contact with fabrics as it may stain.

This liquid comes in a small deep purple spray bottle that does look much like a perfume bottle but made from plastic. The spray nozzle is a push down one as you would expect and that ensures that the liquid comes out as a really fine mist rather than in big squirts - meaning you only use what you need to and don't waste much each time you use it. In the case of using this less is more because using too much can have the opposite effect and actually keep you awake so don't use too much each time!

Sp spray this in the air around your bed and pillow just before you go to sleep and in theory that should make it work. This doesn't just smell like lavender although predictably that is the main fragrance but this also contains orange blossom and basil to aid the lavender to put you to sleep - the smell is nice enough I guess and I was expecting it to smell much stronger but the smell always lasts long enough for me to fall asleep anyway so I'm not complaining.

I think this does help me relax to a certain extent. So as it makes me relax I guess in turn it does help me fall asleep so overall Id say this does exactly what it promises. I'm not sure that this helped me sleep longer but that was never an issue for me in the first place it was the getting to sleep part I was having trouble with and that sorted that out for me so overall I'm proper happy with this and Ill be using it for some time to come.

                  Thanks For Reading

                  Disadvantages

A decent but overpriced product that I probably wouldn't buy again.

I have tried various methods of soothing myself to sleep, but occassionally I do find it hard to let my brain switch off before bed, and instead it likes to run through the events of the day, or plans for tomorrow.

I tried the Boots Sleep Pillow Mist on recommendation from a friend, who said that it was very effective on him, and a 100ml purple plastic bottle cost me £5.99, which I initially thought was quite a lot - but I really did want to see if it would work and make getting to sleep easier.

Inside the pump action bottle there is a blend of essential oils, including geranium, rose and thyme, and what smelt like a bit of lavender. To use, you just spray a light mist of the product over your pillow, and go to bed as usually. Thankfully, when I first used this I didn't go overboard and end up with wet bedding, as you only need a gentle spray of this. The mist didn't dampen my pillow, which was good. When I went to bed shortly after, there was a definite sweet and floral smell on my pillow, which was pleasant to smell, and after around 15 minutes I found myself feeling far more relaxed than usual after that amount of time in bed. To be honest, it didn't get me to sleep much quicker than without it, but it did crucially slow my mind down and help me to relax, and I found that the actual quality of my sleep was improved by breathing in the mist left on my pillow for the rest of the evening.

Although it did improve my sleep quality, I'm not sure I'd buy another bottle - I could buy the essential oils myself (or at least the key ones, or maybe just relaxing lavendar) and make up my own sleep mist for cheaper. It does seem a lot of money for what it does, and maybe a combination of a long warm bath with a squirt of the kids sleepy bubble bath, a mug of Horlicks and some soothing music would do the job as well as this.
