I bought this product because it had the overall aesthetic look i was after (pretty plain and a classic style which would not date). It was also pretty cheap and i did not see that the performance of this model would be outdone by something which costs more. The fitting was simple enough and the instructions useful but not really esential its pretty straight forward. The fan works powerfully enough and for most applications setting one or two ar sufficient. Not sure about the power consumption though.
