Bel Aire Princess Bangkok ... have just returned from Bangkok and it was certainly an eye opener in more ways than one. A fine stay at the Bel Aire Princess Hotel complimented my trip. The first time you step foot outside the airport in Bangkok it’s like having your head wrapped in a hot towel. The humidity is certainly far different from anything you will experience in the UK. So it’s with trepidation that you approach your stay, you ask yourself whether you can sleep in this kind of weather. Well the Bel Aire certainly took away all those worries. Quality Hotel Chester ... OF LOCATION: Quality Hotel, at Chester. There are 75 ensuite bedrooms but you will need transport to Chester as it actually at Little Sutton, Ellesmere Port and was at least 11 miles from Chester itself. BACKGROUND: We chose to go on a weekend trip to Chester, my boyfriend Robert and I with Gee Vee Travel (see separate review) and it used this hotel as a base. TRANSPORT We visited Chester by coach and used this hotel as a base only. Some people on our trip had been informed that it was possible to walk into Chester from the hotel but this is not possible as its 11 miles away and you would have to cross the M56 and the A41, which are extremely busy roads. Nile Hilton ... went to Cairo for 3 days and stayed at the Nile Hilton and was impressed with this hotel. The rooms are quite good and are all clean. The rooms are all equipped with air conditioning, TV, phone and mini bar. The service was good. The receptionist were very helpful in sorting out my room and spoke very good English. The hotel has got a good swimming pool at the back of the hotel with a tennis court. There are many shops in the hotel, on the ground floor there are about 10 shops but at the back of the hotel there are two floors of shops. The shops inside the hotel were expensive.
