Luxor Hotel:
... visited this hotel a few years ago, and I would love to go there again. It was the most unique hotel I have ever visited, as it was shaped like a pyramid and the complex was enormous. Las Vegas is unique in itself and a great place for tourists. Every hotel seems to be linked, whether you can actually walk through an underpass from one hotel to the next or get a train. Coral Beach Hotel and Resort ... have just come back from staying for a week at the Coral Beach Hotel in Cyprus. The hotel is just outside the small resort of Coral Bay and is about 10 km from Paphos and about a thirty minute drive from Paphos Airport. We stayed in the hotel in mid February which is a time which has some things to recommend it but not others! We chose the hotel because it seemed to offer just that little bit more than other hotels in the area and in many ways it did although this was also reflected in the price! Mespil Hotel ... Mespil Hotel is located on the Royal Canal on Mespil Road in Ballsbridge, only about 15 minutes walk from St. Stephen s Green and Grafton Street (the two main shopping areas of the city) and about 20 minutes from O Connell Street and the Temple Bar area. In a previous incarnation the Mespil was a large office block that housed the Irish Blood Transfusion Service. The transformation to a hotel took place in the early 1990 s, and has been achieved successfully. (I was dubious when I first heard of the proposal!) Hotels in Calgary ... review is mainly about one particular Calgary Hotel that is not separately listed. In early 2007 I was not too impressed to be travelling from UK to Calgary on business, but the Sheraton Cavalier in Calgary made the trip considerably more bearable than expected. I found Calgary cool and dirty, but on entering the Sheraton Cavalier I could forget all about it. The staff in the reception and foyer area were courteous, smiling, and very ready to help. This hotel is located in the North East of the city, within easy reach of many retail and business estates. There are always taxis waiting outside.
