Balmoral Hotel Edinburgh:
... stayed at the Balmoral on a Saturday night having chosen the hotel for its proximity to Waverley Railway Station and it s prime position in the heart of the city, being right on Princes Street, the main shopping thoroughfare of the Georgian New Town . The welcome at reception was warm and friendly, check-in was a breeze, and a special request I had made on booking was acknowledged. Our room was a couple of floo... Sequoia Lodge (Disneyland Resort Paris, France) ... took my Girlfriend here for 4 night in March and was very pleased with this hotel. We decided to drive to this hotel and on arriving we were greeted with a nice large carpark that had plenty of spaced near to the front of the hotel meaning we didnt have to walk to far with all of our bags. One first impressions the hotel looks quite modern, it is a wooden building set among plenty of trees and has a verycosy feel to it. On entering the lodge, we were pleasantly greeted by goofy and i could also see a few other characters dotted about and entertaining the children. We cued up for about 5 minutes to check in, please note that you will need your passports to check in ... Read the full review: Excellent hotel with great warmth to it by chris_14 |

Le Cheval Blanc Hotel (Nimes, France) ... hotel was where my parents and I stayed when they came to visit me in Nimes and I had actually never really taken much notice of it before. From the outside it appeared to be well out of my budget so I ignored it. However the prices were so reasonable and for what we received it was really a surprise to all of us. The hotel is located in the centre of Nimes, right across from the Roman arena. When we first got to the hotel and opened our window we were amazed at the view that we had recived for four days at £200! It really was spectacular and we would really have expected to pay a lot more for this kind of view. The check-in was easy and took less than 10 minutes... Crowne Plaza The Pitter Hotel Salzburg ... hotel is a little bit out of the centre, although Salzburg s so small that it s about a ten minute walk to the middle of things. It does have the advantage of being about 500m from the railway station and on the same road, so very easy to find. The desk staff are multilingual and very polite and nice, and the hotel itself is also very clean. I ve stayed here twice. The first time I turned up in casual clothing because I was simply visiting Salzburg as a tourist, and I was given a room better suited to a child - clean, neat and nice, but a short single bed and the room was barely big enough to turn around. It also had a (locked) door to an adjoining room so clearly I... Read the full review: Nice hotel but far overpriced by SugarSpun |
