We went in March and still, in the night the area is a place you may end up to anyway if you are in Barcelona, since there are plenty or restaurants and bars. Anyway, back to the Hotel. The Hotel Arts is one of the 5 stars Hotels in Barcelona and surely one which you will remember, if you sleep there. Let me tell you that it is very expensive. We spent a weekend with my boyfriend and we managed to have a "bargain" at 220 Euros per night without breakfast. I knew from my previous flatmate that this Hotel is top star for service and we decided to go for a splurge. Location wise, you may like it or not. The Hotel Arts in Barcelona is located in the area called Port Olimpic, which is a very lively part of the city at night. The hotel is one of the best I have ever been too and I simply love it. I consider myself enough to have been visiting Barcelona few times on business and although the Hotel is not as central as the Hotel Meridien, which I could have selected, the style and class of the Hotel Arts are really second to no other Hotel. When you arrive you are greeted at the ground floor and then you take the lift and you go to the first floor, where the check in and reception is.
