I love this place. But not quite for all the reasons you might think. Having been stayed there for 15 nights across a span of 5 years I have had a real mix of experiences!

For a start it is relatively cheap at about £25 per night, and is in a cracking location adjoining a Sky train station. The hotel is large, and one which I think may have had its crowning glory a few years ago. Probably the best feature has to be the breakfast! Great for filling yourself up until dinner time, you can eat dishes from all around the world.

On some occasions I stayed there I have felt like it has been amazing value for money. With nice rooms (well standard 3/4 star), and friendly staff the experience has been enjoyable. However sometimes you are thrown as the room you are shown is dirty, or maybe smells of smoke.

But adopt a smile, be firm and you will win!

A good place to stay away from the Kho San Road.

My last warning, dont use the swimming pool. The levels of Chlorine etc will blind you! Oh, and the taxi service is very expensive.
