A good hotel for a relaxing break (Atlantica Bay Hotel)

This is quite a large hotel but still very friendly nonetheless with helpful and friendly staff who seem to enjoy what they do.
There are two pools and the hotel has a private beach. The pool areas are well laid out with one very large swimming pool and a smaller heated pool both of which are nice to swim in. There are plenty of sun loungers, and everywhere the pools are surrounded by Mediterranean plants and palm trees.
The public areas have marble so they look good, particularly in the lobby that leads to the restaurants.
Buffet style meals are served in a large well laid out restaurant and I must say the food was very good with a a lot of choice for each course, which comprised of starters, hot and cold main courses and desserts.
You can also get some food and drinks from the pool bar which is open most of the day.
The bedrooms are quite large and well furnished and this adds to the comfort of the hotel.
The hotel has it's own private beach, which was reached by an underpass joined to the hotel and in the summer months there is a beach side bar, offering hot and cold drinks and various snacks but beware, the beaches in this part of Cyprus are mainly pebbles.
If you are looking for entertainment this is not the place for the younger generation but it didn't bother me because it's not crucial to have this as part of the package.
You need to take drive to Limassol because the hotel is a little way out of the centre but this has it's good points as well as being a minor problem.
if you want a relaxing break, spent by the pool this is the hotel.
