Advantages: Plenty to do, beutiful views and the food is good.

Disadvantages: Can be noisy at times

My first experience of the Dominican Republic was staying at this Bahia Principe resort. What a fantastic first experience it was.
Having found this reasonable priced holiday on the internet my husband and i decided to go to the sunny caribean for our second honeymoon, the first wasnt the best due to various circumstances.
When we arrived at the resort we couldnt believe how big the place was. With three swimming pools, two buffet style restaurants and three a la carte restaurants, there was plenty to choose from.
The rooms were clean and comfortable and we had a sea view and the entertainment is first class! The Bahia Principe song is catchy and can be annoying!
After the evening entertainment finishes people tend to head to the strip, which is part of the resort but out of reception, a main street which has pubs, clubs and a casino and take away which is open till the early hours of the morning. There is also street entertainment.
This all inclusive resort is the best holiday ive had and my husband and i would love to go back there some time in the future.

Summary: Fantastic resort with plenty to offer, worth a visit.
