After the rep pulled a few string and shouted at a few people ... more  ... we were moved to a 1st floor room.. The room was really spacious with wardrobes, double bed, airconditioning, Bath, shower and nice views over the ponds. We decided to venture over the main road to the other section of the hotel, to find a place on the beach.. The beach was a really nice white sand with a number of sunbeds strewn around. I just got home after two wonderful weeks there..The staff was more than friendly with us,especially Maria Jose,Martin, Morales e Juanito..I was there with my daughter and my husband..the food is ok,the room is not so special,but is a very good place to stay and to relax..I will come back next year for sure,and I can tell the price is fair.

Great Place - Advantages: Friendly Staff, Great food and drinks, Lovely location and resort - Disadvantages: Staff a little slow at clearing tables, but this is expected in busy resort
