Brownsover hall hotel is a stunning building, the grounds are extensive and are lovely for photo opertunities. The rooms are satisfactory, not worth the higher mid week rate of £120 that I have known them to charge, but you can often get bargains on the website. I have been to a few events here, the murder mystery event was very well done, and the food served was lovely, however the menu was a set 3 courses and you don't get a choice of anything else. The staff were touch and go, there are a few eastern europeans working here and therefore you cant always make sence of what they are saying and vice versa! I almost chose brownsover hall ... Anyone visiting Rugby (Warwickshire) has got to stay at Brownsover Hall.....Its absolutly stunning. I am totally biast as i met my husband there 11 years ago when he was the chef there and i got a saturday job working as a waitress....so hold lots of fond memories for me....!!! It is a gothic manor house and the decor is in a beutiful style, with red walls with gold crests/fleur de lys things on and oak panneling etc. the grounds are amazing and are always beutifully maintained. the hotel is set in an old lane and is so deceptive as you feel like you are in the middle of no where, but you only have to drive out of the lane and you are right next to ...
