I have tried a lot of hotels in London. If you have read my previous reviews. I wrote about the enterprise hotel and its hampster dwellings... I should have known from the area that the rooms would be small but at least they are not as small as Enterprise. There is only really enough space for one person. With around 6 hangers in total. The staff are really friendly. Again I have to leave my key at reception when I leave and then collect it when I get back. There is no bar, no room srvice providing food except for breakfast. London hotels are not easy to find so unfortunately we had to settle on the Byron Hotel. This hotel is in the Bayswater area and is convenient to Central London and close to a few good restaurants and shopping centres. A month ago we spent two nights in this hotel in town to attend a concert. Maybe it was the company in which we booked it through but we received a basement room. The room was clean with a comfortable bed but we were next too the noisy airing unit which made it almost unbearable to sleep once it kicked on which fainted the constant buzzing sound of the above lights when the door card was placed in the wall.
