On the Beach is an internet site where you can book a foreign holiday a lot cheaper than anywhere else. You can find your holiday on line, putting in all your holiday requirements. The search brings up holidays to suit and then your can filter. You can add special things such as extra luggage, location, families, kids, clubs and free child places. Once you are happy with your holiday specifications you can book online, with the online discount applied. You need to m ake sure you have all details correct as once done any alteration will have to be paid for. Something else to note, is that once you have paid the company have your money, and the online booking system is not live (these prices are not always upto date), and you have merely ordered a holiday - hopefully to that of your choice - although prices almost definately will have gone up slightly.
I have found it much safer to find the holiday that you want, then phone the call centre and book the holiday through them - at least you know then that you are getting what you pay for. The call centre staff are really helpful, and it's always nice to speak to somebody in person. Once your holiday is all booked and paid for they send you an email with your hotel and transfer vouchers, which need to be printed along with your confirmation. You need all of this to take with you and the call centre do not post this out to you. Your tickets should arrive as normal.
I have used this agent and found the experience hassle free and much easier than going to a local agent and sitting there for what seems like hours.
