Due to flight problems (see my Air France review!) we arrived just at the 2pm book in time.If you get an early or punctual flight this late check in time may present problems.The hotel is located at 57 Rue des Abbesses which was only a short haul from Abbesses metro station.A good tip is to wait for the lift as we soon found it's the deepest Metro stop in Paris. The problem with booking rooms in Paris is the sheer size of the place.All the tourist maps we reviewed prior to our trip had all the major attractions as large icons which serves to give a false sense of distance.We plumped for a hotel in the north of the city close to a metro stop and near at least one major attraction. After trawling several travel sites we found this place on the Ryan Air website.Partly drawn by a 10% off McDonalds promotion we found the site easy to navigate.Similar to other sites it gave scale maps of the location and brief but detailed descriptions of the facilities.
