Advantages: Close to Universal Studios

Disadvantages: Terrible service

Please do not ever visit this hotel. I stayed here with 6 pther people a few months back and I was absolutely appaled by the service.

We asked for a certain amount of beds which we did not get and got a room which was cramped and poorly decorated. It looked so much less spacious then what we saw on the internet.

On top of that we found the staff to be quite rude and unhelpful which really put a dampener on our holiday.

The staff more or less ignored you and when you go to them with a problem they say that they will resolve it and then nothing gets done.

The air conditioning in one of our rooms was also not functioning but we had to wait another 24 hours in a baking room before anyone came to fix it.

Please do not stay here find a decent hotel.
