I just got back from Hamaca Coral in Dominican Republic and was scammed in the keno game. I found out that this scam started in 1999 and is very common all over Dominican Republic. I disputed the charges on my credit card and I notified the casino.
I want to file a complanit against the hotels that are under American possession, are aware of this scam, and are still letting it happend in their properties. Especially I want to sue Hilton, where I stayed.
