Family Friendly hotel (Crowne Plaza in general)

Advantages: large room and swimming pool

Disadvantages: no family diining on site

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza located at Heathrow and found it to be a pleasant experience. My husband and I were traveling with our two year old daughter. We found the staff to be efficient and friendly, which is exactly what you hope for when you are traveling with a toddler. The rooms were spacious and clean. The room easily held the travel cot which was provided by the hotel and placed in our room for arrival.
The swimming area had a smaller swimming pool attached to a larger one which was great for children, and perfect for wearing out our daughter before our flight the following moring.
The only downside that we did find with hotel was there was not an adequate restaraunt for family dining, although I'm sure those traveling without children would find the restaraunts located at the hotel sufficient.
An enjoyable experience overall and we will defenitely return.
