Newest Review: ... space. Finding the hotel was really simple, the hotel was signed with its trademark orange boards so once you were in the road, it was really easy to spot. Checking in was pretty simple, just flashed the confirmation slip and that was that. The staff were really friendly. So we had chosen the standard size room - which was pretty small so I have no idea how tiny the small room was. It was ... more

Premium Review easyhotels.com in general: Easy but small (517 words)

Well, lets just say you really do get what you pay for! We spent four nights in Easy Hotel Kensington for £190.00 for two people in total, this was over a weekend, and far cheaper than anything else I could book in London at that time. Booking was really easy, go to their website select dates, room type, pay, print off confirmation. Really easy - so no complaints here. You can have a choice of rooms - small/standard/special needs - these are on the ground floor as there is no lift, with window/without window. There is also the choice of double bed or twin, the later is obviously more expensive as it needs more space. Finding the hotel was ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review The future is no longer orange (248 words)

The future may be bright but may not be orange. I went to London back in June and on a budget I thoguht i'd stay in a Easy hotel as it's only £49 a night bargin but after staying there I can see why it was that price!! The room. Like the airline , very very basic!! There was a bed in the coner , the window over looked someone else's room and there was a bathroom around the same size as the toilet in a plane. the walls where bright orange which was the only nicething about it. Reception. The staff where pretty friendly , reception area was small. extras like easyjet you have to pay for little extras. £5 for a tv ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review easyhotels.com in general: Easyhotels - more like easy money! (440 words)

Sue and I booked our room with easyhotels.com nearly 2 months ago at £30 per night true we did book a small internal room which was one of the cheapest options, but boy are they small with a foot gap at one side of the double bed and the toilet/shower at the foot end. We stayed at their hotel in West Cromwell Road 5-10 minutes walk from Earls Court station and exhibition centre and 2-3 minutes away from everyday shops like Tesco, Somerfield and Sainsburys. In Earls Court Road there are also lots of food outlets offering plenty of choice. It was typical that we stayed at the beginning of August and also typical that for once we had good weather, ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review No Frills Easy Go Orange Hotels (360 words)

Easyhotel.com is basically a place on the internet for booking cheap, or perhaps the preferred phrasing is 'affordable' hotel accommodation. This is a true case of getting what you pay for and like the EasyJet flights; you only get the bare basics. There are only seven easyHotels in the chain to choose from and I was actually looking for somewhere to stay close to Earl's Court as I was attending an exhibition there. The hotel ended up being about ten minutes walk from the exhibition centre, although it didn't say that on the website. I paid £35 for the room only, just for me. The facilities were minimal and the room was dark and stuffy but clean. ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review easyhotels.com in general: Squeezy hotel, excellent value but a bit cramped (1885 words)

These days, like most people now, I prefer to do things on a tight budget. Whilst I might shun a 5* hotel these days, I still have some standards and I normally expect to spend around £65 a night for a decent 4* in London. £65 is suddenly sounding quite high to me, so for recent trips I looked at an even cheaper option, easyHotel. The Website ========= easyHotel.com is a typical 'easy' branded website with all that orange thrown all over the place. It's easy enough to navigate and booking is easy and fast. There is a service fee for each booking of £1.50. You have to register to make a booking, but I've not been spammed by them since I ...  Read the complete review
