The dinner was fabulous with mostly international dishes and some delicious desserts, of which I ate only the chocolaty desserts. When my family was here in Sri Lanka we went down south to Eden resort and Spa hotel in Beruwala. This was not the first time I had been here but it was the first time I was staying overnight. This hotel belongs to the Confifi group of hotels; we prefer going to hotels managed by Confifi as we are guaranteed to get Halal food. I've been to the two other hotels managed by this group many times, but been to Eden resort nd spa only once as it is a bit expensive. After the long 2 hour drive from home we got to the hotel at around 1.30pm. We were warmly welcome but checking in took too long. The hotel was beautiful, with a very large pool and well kept garden.
