I stayed at the El Mouradi Hotel in Hammamet Yasmine for a week in July 2008. I was a bit worried about the hotel at first as I'd read some bad reviews about it but as soon as I stepped in I was reassured that I had made the right choice. It was exceptionally better than what I had expected.

The main reception and lobby/lounge area was grand! We checked in and were allocated our room. You can ask for the Sea view or the Pool view.. We went for the Sea view - it looks lovely in the evening when the sun is setting.

The beach is only 1 min walk away from the hotel - you just literally cross over the road and your there. The hotel has its own beach area with sunbeds so you'll always find a place. A little walk away is the public beach which is also nice but can get quite packed at times.

The bedroom's were huge and very clean. The maids did a good job each day and were very friendly. Hygiene is an important aspect when I book holidays and I can say that this hotel met my standards.. the Toilet and batchroom were very clean (spotless) and very spacious.

I can't complain about the food whether its breakfast, lunch or dinner. There was always a wide variety to choose from and plentiful. You can eat as much as you want and can choose from hot or cold food, salads, pastas, continental t morrocan food. they cater for all. The hotel provided the best desserts.. they always have a big selection of cakes and pastries to choose from. And the staff were always friendly and helpful.

The hotel has restaurants and shops which are worth taking a look at. The indoor and outdoor pools are both very big and worth going to for a swim. The hotel also has a gym and spa which charge reasonable prices.

On the whole, the hotel is in an excellent location and I will definitley be going back there again on my next visit!
